Catechism Classes for International Schools Students

CCD provides catechism classes to students at international schools in the Archdiocese of Singapore. The academic calendar begins in September and ends in May with term breaks correlating with most International School holidays.

Classes range from Kindergarten to Grade 8 (Confirmation).
Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion are received in Grade 2 (register child at 7 1/2 yr old) Sacrament of Confirmation is received in Grade 8 (register child at 13 1/2 yrs old).

Registration is held the first week in August (announced in weekly church bulletin).
Copy of the baptismal record is needed for the sacramental classes.

Place and time

Classes are held at Sacred Heart Hall and St Ignatius Hall. CCD classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays (3:45pm to 4:45pm) for children aging from 5 to 14 years old.

Confirmation Classes are held on Thursdays(3:45pm to 4:45pm) and on Sundays (4.00pm to 5.30pm). Refer to CCD website for more details.
