PaCES Ministry

The main goal of the ministry is to journey with the housebound elderly and the sick of the Parish. We visit them in their homes or hospitals, pray with and for them, and bring the sacraments to them (e.g. Holy Communion) as well. As a follow-up to these pastoral visits, we also arrange for the priests of the Parish to visit them when necessary. Members also assist and support the bereaved families when those under their care pass away. Main events organised by the ministry include the Annual Special Mass for the elderly and the sick with Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick, and a Christmas Mass for the elderly and the sick.

 

We are looking for more volunteers to join us. Do contact us if you feel called to help out in ministering to the elderly and the sick of our parish.
