Rite of Christian Initiation for Youth (RCIY)
The RCIY programme at the Church of St. Ignatius is a program for youths aged 16 to 25 who are interested in the Catholic Faith.

We are a vibrant community from all walks of life but with the same desire to know and be known by God. We are made up of:

Facilitators
-
Sponsors: Baptised and confirmed catholics who serve as spiritual companions to our non-Catholic inquirers

Inquirers: Non-Catholics who wish to know more about the Catholic faith

Confirmands: Baptised catholics who have not gone through the Sacrament of Confirmation
We are dedicated to journeying with youths from their first experience of Jesus to baptism and beyond, as well as spreading the word of God to youths – both outside of the community and of the wider Church.
